How long is the lease term?
All of our leases are month to month for your convenience.

What do I need to rent a space?
Name, address, phone number, email and a credit card.

How do I make a payment?
Auto Pay – we run your credit card at the beginning of each month and email your receipt.

What forms of payments do you accept?
VISA, American Express, MasterCard and Discover.

Is there an additional charge for paying online?
No.

Is there a deposit?
No.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?
Just use our Unit Size Guide for assistance.

Do we bring our own lock or do you provide it?
You must bring your own lock we recommend purchasing a high quality disc or cylinder lock.

Are there any items that I should not bring to storage?
Store nothing toxic, dead or alive. Also, please store nothing from your kitchen including spices, pet food, bird or deer feed. These attract problems. Please also refrain from storing flammable materials.

How do I access the property?
You will have 24-hour access to the property every day of the year using your own personalized keypad entry code.

How do I Cancel?
Written notice by email or text is required 10 days prior to your next billing cycle to cancel.
